About Us

Many people are not familiar with the term "Leadership Coach" so I want to give you some insight as to what you can expect when you work with me. Of course, the main value I bring to the table is myself, my experience, my knowledge, my history, and all of the idiosyncratic characteristics that make me me!

My clients say I offer these four main qualities in my coaching service, I've tried to summarize their comments here in the perspective of a potential client, so forgive me if it's not the most eloquent prose:

1. Clarity: You know you need a new level of focus in where you are and where you are going. Feeling trapped in old thinking and needing some probing to figure out what's really important in your life. Maybe missing the "ah-ha" for your life. This is achieved by working consistently with a coach.

2. Congruence: You know what it's like to work at all 5 cylinders in your life, but can't do it all of the time. Having a coach who will call you out on your stuff but with no judgment and in a super caring way will help you move forward. Friends and family love you too much to have the wherewithal to call you on it and sometimes don't understand what you need as far as lifting you up. I have positive intent - and you pay me so it's in my best interest too!

3. Challenge: You need someone to push you and challenge your limited thinking and distractions. Also to challenge you to rise to your higher self. You need someone to push you, you can't do it yourself. Mindset is huge. You might already have the basics, but no one around you is challenging you to be better and keep growing. Your priorities are getting lost in the shuffle.

4. Camaraderie: You don't want to face these challenges alone. You want someone to unpack your brain and then to also celebrate the highs and help you get past your doubts. Without a coach to help you reflect - you probably aren't being creative and may feel alone. Of course, this also includes accountability - making sure you stick to doing what you say you want.

I can help you find that energy you've been lacking as you try to scale your business.

I look forward to hearing from you and starting a conversation.

Best regards,
Candice

I agree that it doesn't matter the size of the company, however, the size of the company will play a role in how the CEO engages with employees. The importance of middle-managers will be as important, ensuring that the CEO's vision is carried down the org chart. The energy leadership of the higher ups sets the tone for all else. On another note: "Culture" gets thrown around a little too much these days. You can't give employees coffee, let them wear jeans, and have unlimited vaca and call that culture. It needs to be thick as blood not water.
