I am a hypnotherapist and family therapist. I help clients create change using client-centered, solution-focused techniques. Hypnosis crosses the bridge from the conscious mind to the subconscious to help the mind make fast and effective changes. I work with children, teens, and adults individually and in small groups.
I can work with family systems using talk therapy. I graduated with another Masters degree from Regis University in marriage and family therapy in August, 2019 and moved to bigger office space in October to accommodate more people in therapy.

For 23 years, I enjoyed being an educator in early childhood as a director and teacher and earned a masters degree in Education in 2001. I became unaffordable for the school system I was in and wanted a career that would really utilize my passion for helping families. I tried my hand at selling life insurance and securities for 4 years. While I enjoyed learning and sharing what I knew about finance, I realized there had to be something that would be more of a passion for me.
I began year long journey to becoming a hypnotherapist in 2019 and still love every every minute of it. I continued my education earning another Master's degree in 2019 and became a licensed marriage and family therapist in August, 2023. I am a landmark forum graduate as well and have a coach. My clients benefit from my knowledge and expertise as I guide clients in creating peace and harmony in their minds and in relationships in my office in Denver and virtually when needed.
