About Us

I am a health and excellence mentor, passionate about helping peak performers who have hit a wall achieve a breakthrough using cutting-edge brain/mind hacking techniques to break the wall and find clarity and rekindle passion.

How We Got Started

In my early years, I faced various health challenges, including skin cancer and many surgeries, which set me on a path to seek better health naturally.

I studied psychology and nutrition in Paris/France, Nyon & Zurich/Switzerland, then embarked on a journey through Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia before coming to the US in 1979.

In my 30s, I encountered other health issues that left me bedridden for months, battling depression, pain, and panic attacks. Determined to overcome these challenges, I studied naturopathy (ND), then got a PhD in Natural Health with a thesis on the Power of the Mind in Healing.

I stay up- to-date with discoveries in neuroscience offering the possibility to change habits with ease and speed.

I am trained/experienced in Relaxation/Mindfulness, InterActive Guided Imagery, Psycho-Legal Trauma, Hypnosis, Energy Psychology, and use various energy therapies/devices.

I home birthed and homeschooled my children who are healthy, grown, and independent.

Heard it today from Del Bigtree (thehighwire.com): get factsinated! Lots of fear mongering in the media which is not factual. Search for the truth. I've worked online for quite some time now, and am looking forward to the day I can teach live workshops again. (more) Heard it today from Del Bigtree (thehighwire.com): get factsinated! It's a choice: eat junk food (high in calories and low in nutrients), and feel sluggish, sleepy and foggy. Eat superfoods (low in calories and high in nutrients) and feel at the top of your game. Movements are important too. Our bodies are made to move. Contact with nature... many people are sick because they are nature-deprived. Don't forget to be in control of your emotions as well. E-motions are meant to circulate, and not get stuck somewhere in the body, causing pain... and loss of focus.
