Well thankfully we live in Florida with a Governor who said we will never lock down again because the math ( probabilities of infection and resulting death rates ) and the cost of lock downs dont add up. The harm both economically and the mental and physical personal harm doesn't add up to intact lock downs here.. It wont stop the virus only good hygiene and using common sense when out in public or in the confines of operating your own business both for employees and customers will reduce the mathematical probabilities of contracting the virus. This is a virus and understanding how viruses transmit is very important to understand how to mitigate risk and at what cost. But there is nothing that is totally secure or ensures your capability to becoming infected outside of total PPE worn everyday which doesn't make sense for the common person. So like all other illnesses, infections, viruses and disease we must focus on cures, treatments, vaccines and do all that with personal responsibility and open economic activity to ensure the health ,welfare and  safety of  our communities. To date the idea and implementations of lock downs has mostly failed. It has not stopped the virus, it has devastated families and individuals and is creating definitive harm to entire communities. I think the best approach is ,the more the virus is effecting your area the more cautious individuals need to be and changing your personal life styles and health conscience may be the most appropriate action for the future. Its a virus and its here to stay within humanity from here on out ,so we just have to deal with it within the capabilities of science , health and common sense actions and behaviors.
