How do you handle a situation where someone has made up a story and falsely accused you of things that NEVER happened on social media?

I have not ever seen this on my media, but then again I do not focus on what media is posted I consintrate on the positive people if it’s important to the person that is being negative then I’ll be happy to work it out sometimes it’s a misunderstanding between both parties
