Yup, their service has literally gone to shit in this crisis. I ordered up a remote check processing machine, and then was unable to get anyone to help me set up the damn thing. I ended up returning it to the branch (I could not get anyone online to help me return it) and then the online folks...

Yup, their service has literally gone to shit in this crisis. I ordered up a remote check processing machine, and then was unable to get anyone to help me set up the damn thing. I ended up returning it to the branch (I could not get anyone online to help me return it) and then the online folks called me to threaten if I did not return it they would charge me $300 for the machine. I finally got the branch to call them to lay off on me and then they returned it.
I did not bother to attempt to get the PP loan through them. My credit union (SAFE CU) did it for me. No problems.

All of my vendors are local. Just makes sense. I go on-line and something gets screwed up, JEEZ! Takes me an hour of my time to get it fixed!
