How We Got Started

Regarding my website: I designed and developed my website in 2013 and spent over $20k on having it custom-made. What a mistake that was as I had to redesign and update the website 5 years later due to software advancements. I could write a book on what NOT to do when starting a new website. I've learned a lot and made countless new connections over the last 8 years since starting the website. In July of 2021 I decided to close down the site as I no longer had the time to invest into it. I am always willing to help new business ventures where I can to help them avoid the mistakes I made.

After years of competing and trying to get hired to the best position possible I was matched based on my personality, experience, and skill set to a position that matched my strengths with the position they wished to fill. Smart move for them and a great opportunity for me to do well in my new position.

That depends on the type of jewelry.  I managed a jewelry store for over 14 years and found that stainless steel is great for men's jewelry as they don't want to spend a lot on themselves.   18k gold is best for thicker rings as you get the feel and weight of platinum without the cost and it's... It is unlikely a 5 year lease will be long enough to get you any concessions.   Most retail lease terms are for 10 years.  At that length of time you can ask the leasing company to give some form of financial concession around your stores new build-out.   Many times they will negotiate based on...
