My business has been severally impacted since mid-March. I own & operate a distillery with a tasting room/bar, the bar has been closed due to state mandates since mid March, we are still not allowed to serve at the bar, and we cannot offer tours & tastings. I rely heavily on weekend tourist...

My business has been severally impacted since mid-March. I own & operate a distillery with a tasting room/bar, the bar has been closed due to state mandates since mid March, we are still not allowed to serve at the bar, and we cannot offer tours & tastings. I rely heavily on weekend tourist traffic, that has pretty much come to a halt since we are not allowed to serve cocktails and such. The good news is: I own my property and buildings (no lease or rent to pay) and I only have 1 employee on the pay roll (had a bartender quit right before the holidays and another bartender quite right before we were shut down for Covid), and we have been able to slash our operating costs. Other good news, we are allowed to sell bottles of our Railean Spirits and we have a small gift shop at the tasting room, this puts us in the "retail" category and thankfully folks can stop by to shop. Unfortunately, most folks want to come for tours, tastings and cocktails - so they just don't come at all. Thankfully we have lots of our locals & regulars that have been very supportive and stop in to purchase bottles and mixers to go.
