a) look back at old sales and project supplies for the next season.
b) Start looking toward who I can go after for new customers schools , homes , and new business.
c) I do a mailing list to potential costumers.

there is so much I can do on my off time I can't keep up. look for a way to add to your existing shop
These are things I do cold calling , get into shows hand out broachers , networking and meeting like chamber of commerce has one a month networking sessions . those are just a few I also leave my cards everywhere malls baber shops ect.

I played a lot when i was young now time is of the essence working with people that don't have the time is the hardest thing i think time at a driving range and than talking would be better!
