Also with new bugs in the air , feel free to use a mask if it makes you most comfortable or relaxed , that’s everyone’s choice , but in heavy crowds on is better than off as more people are now sneezing and coughing so bad that I will tend to wear it more
Due to on coming heavy pollination dust all the new plants are exploding into the atmosphere for the next two to four months . So an extended period to use masks

range is in flux /types of customers has been constantly evolving
from regular repeats to new looky loos (inquiry and quotes) to totally ready to just get the jobs done / repeat history and some semi impossible repairs completed .

No, every situation is different and you need to feel out how the customer is towards each addition or change in the negotiation of the service they are trying to obtain.
With every addition or deletion of the job requires cost changes that directly affect total cost !
