I am independent selfemployedReal Estate advisor and a Loan Officer at a local Bank, and I do Cycle bar 7 days a week for 45 minutes. Since I was diagnosed with diabetes type about a year ago, this type of cardio has been helpful in maintaining my sugar level very low. Additionally, I try to keep a low calorie diet.
