In my view there are too many small business owners who feel compelled to add to the glut of holiday messaging with prepackaged videos and commercialized notes with overdone, glitzy images. A simple, brief written or electronic note wishing people "the blessings of the season to you and yours," is sufficient to let the recipient know you care.
