While there is not a person alive that doesn't want to feel like they got the best deal around, you usually get what you pay for. there are 3 factors concerning the sale of every product; Price; Service ; Quality. You can get 2 of the three but you'll never get all three. Why? A Company cannot give you superior quality & service and be the lowest price. If they did, what would you consider about the people working for the company? You cannot pay real talent and pay them below market rate. So, If I get the "Competitor has a better price" I ask the customer if it's is OK with them that they'll either have lousy service or a poor loan program?
