My business is not affected by the shutdown.  Like him or hate him, Trump has saved my marketing business.  The Obama years were HORRIBLE for me.  If Hillary had won, I would have likely shut down after 25 years.  When Obamacare was being signed, I fired all 8 of my employees, knowing I would have been instantly bankrupt under mandatory healthcare (before the 49 employee mark was in place).  My 2018 tax return will show gross revenues of 11.77x over my 2017 return.  I couldn't be happier with the 2016 results.  I might slow a touch if the House Dems move toward their anti-capitalistic tendencies, but I think, without recession, 2020, Trump wins in a walk, GOP adds another seat (maybe 2) in the Senate, with a real shot to take back the House.  This would mean another spike in revenues for my business.
