Around 5 years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus and Celiac disease. I did not want these diseases to define my life, so I needed to find a way to help my body heal. God sent me to, The Institute of Regenerative Health with Carrie Drinkwine. I became a Regenerative Health Practitioner and while I was studying I healed my self using organic fruits and vegetables, herbs and superfoods. Now I am here to serve other individuals to do the same!
