Both Max and Karel bring creative Swiss and Italian expertise to bear in the manufacture of our unique fudge confections. This helps with inspiration for recipes that are unique in North America. We use certified organic cream and butter and farm grown nuts and fruit in support of local agriculture to make our fudge.
We participate in many local events such as the in Victoria Tall Ships, Out of Hand, Filberg Festival, One of a Kind, Vancouver, Ladner Market and the Saanich Fall Fair to name a few.
We have owned and operated a retail gift shop at Whippletree Junction since 1992. In our shop we feature work made by home based businesses in B.C. We carry 30 to 40 varieties of our fudge for an ever increasing clientele who have come to recognize it as superb and outstanding.
