Expand your sphere of influence. Expand your promotional & marketing activities. Make known your good works and, above all, do not go into agreement with the merchants of chaos in the media.

Solid word on not agreeing with the merchants of chaos. Media and news outlets sell news and nothing is quite as newsworthy as drama and chaos! If we go out and live in the world, we may discover that it is not quite how it's represented online.
