#TipTuesday Brand reputation can make or break a business — and that includes what your customers are saying online. Customer feedback impacts search engine rankings and affects your bottom line, so it’s important to keep tabs on your online presence.

Here’s how to manage criticism and praise, from Yelp to Facebook:

1. Reply to every review as soon as you can
2. Be sure your response is respectful, professional and on brand
3. Express gratitude for high ratings
4. Keep bad reviews — even if they’re tempting to delete (here’s your chance to apologize, address concerns and resolve the issue!)

Looking to get more reviews? Just ask. Use signage in-store and call-to-action buttons on your site or newsletter.
