I have found COVID-19 to be a wonderful opportunity to take inventory of my current business model and study how to restructure it for more efficiency. I have been exposed to many forums that may not have happened had the pandemic not occurred. The impact on the real estate industry has presented many new challenges and opportunities to invest along with the setbacks. While the loss of human life has been a sad reality, I am also very excited about the REI market growth for 2021.
