All County Investigations was created in response to the need for an investigative agency that achieves results while operating with integrity and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations which govern our industry.

We are located in East Meadow, New York. The President of All County Investigations has over thirty years of law enforcement experience. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is certified in cell phone forensics and cell phone technology. He is a member of the New York City, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Westchester and Federal Assigned Council 18B Panel and deemed an expert in fraud, forgery and cell phone forensics, cell phone technology, call detail record analysis and cell site mapping.

We provide comprehensive private investigation services and specialized training for the legal profession, commerce, industry and the general public in all areas of civil, criminal and personal matters.

First, was there a contract or something in writing? As far as advertising, was it on social media and if so what social media sites were promised. The social media sites would have to be subpoenaed to see if the advertising did in fact take place. Who was selling the tickets, you or the... The social media sites would have to be subpoenaed to see if the advertising did in fact take place. Who was selling the tickets, you or the promoter?  If you can show that you had an agreement with the promoter and he didn’t advertise as promised and promote the event as promised then you could have a civil case against him. If he took your money and didn’t do any of this and won’t return your money, I would file a police report for larceny depending on the dollar amount. If you can show the promoter has done this before and had no intention of promoting the event then scheme to defraud sounds like a nice charge. I had a case similar to this and the promoter was arrested.

Many of the firms take a day and have their attorneys sit through this class during working hours. My other classes, NYS... Many of the firms take a day and have their attorneys sit through this class during working hours. My other classes, NYS Security Guard Training and NYS Defensive Driver classes seem to do better on the weekends.
