18 years of hands on experience, 10,000 hours of massage, and advanced palpation skills enables me to listen with my hands, elbows and arms. My intuitive approach to therapeutic sessions and attention to detail allows me to customize each session to fit the client’s comfort level, from mild pressure to a more aggressive deep tissue approach. The love and understanding I have for the muscular system and how the kinesiology of the body affects us all, drives me to improve Rhode Island’s Health, Fitness and Wellness, one client at a time. I am known for taking the time to listen to my clients’ concerns, help the client find the root cause of the problem, and educate them on how to incorporate change into their lives to feel better and to improve their quality of life.
