I joined TNT in late June 2021 as a cash office worker for the July season. When we came up short handed for help and I was asked to help cover and run the store floor, I jumped right in and "flew". When the General Manager position came open that October, I was called and asked if I wanted the position because of the job I did in July. I am now the longest running store manager for TNT Supercenter East Ridge, TN! I have increased the return hire rate, as well as increased the visibility in this area for TNT.
