We're not just coaches; we're entrepreneurs who've been in your shoes, dedicated to guiding you through every step of your journey. Let's make your business thrive together!

ECCRGROUP Coaching Program is the first program of its kind in the area. We help business owners make critical decisions that influence the success or failure of their enterprise. The ECCR Group organization serves entrepreneurs throughout the United States. It has served businesses in Texas, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, California, Louisiana, and Connecticut. Enrollment in its various programs, coalitions, and partnerships was over 1,000 in the past five years. Since 2016, ECCR has served over 280 small businesses in 2024, helping them secure over $1.5 million in Business Funding through fundraising, grants, and foundation support.

How We Got Started

Eugene Campbell is a Certified Business Coach and former SBA Mentor who is a motivated leader with 35 years of senior-level management expertise. Proven history of creating or transitioning organizations based on structural needs. The ECCR Group Inc. was founded in 2017 to support struggling, underserved entrepreneurs with technical assistance, mentoring, and training for the past seven years. Our focus is helping everyone, including women, minorities, veterans, and other marginalized individuals learn the skills needed to become entrepreneurs.
