Connected Leadership focuses its approach to leadership and governance development on the meeting place between people, policies, systems, and values.

We work with individuals on shifting their own practices to empower and enrich their capacity as leaders within their circles, and give them tools to use within their work and communities to improve the functions therein. we focus on clarifying the vision of success and helping to sculpt a path to that success based on passion, talent and skill, and connection.

Our work with businesses and organizations is two fold.

We work with management and governing bodies to evaluate their policies and see how they can best update them to better fit contemporary models that also reflect the values espoused by their organization. We then offer our services to guide the business in implementing the changes that they've decided upon.

We work with teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness by investigating personal leadership styles, opportunities to leverage better workflow, and established patterns within the team functionality that could benefit from positive change.
