Many people ask me this question. I feel the most important aspect of insurance protection is the coverage. Obviously, I would say that, right? But, if you think about it, especially with the ever increasing cost of building materials and construction costs, would you rather pay a hundred dollars more to have enough coverage or save that hundred bucks and not have enough coverage? The choice is yours. Would you rather pay a little more now, or very much more later?

I think a good way to keep the employees you want is to give them something that they can't get anywhere else, the opportunity to earn a bonus and hold them accountable for what they do wrong. In modern day terms give them a guarantee, unlimited earning potential and the direction to succeed.

If you learn how to leverage your time your business will grow without you. It's the concept of many Direct Sales Companies, I'm not sure it will work in traditional business.

I think it depends on the quality of the networking group you belong to, the consistency at which you attend and the competition within the networking group. I belong to LeTip of Two Rivers PA, we only allow one member per category so there is no one competing with me for my business. I don't get a lead every meeting, and I don't always get the business, but when a prospect is a warm lead I think it's a lot easier to make the sale.
