 I find that reaching out to people verbally as opposed to texting is a more friendly human touch. Asking people how they are doing is essential, letting them know that you are there for them if they need assistance in service. It is a plus when you show people that you care and it's not just... Asking people how they are doing is essential, letting them know that you are there for them if they need assistance in service. It is a plus when you show people that you care and it's not just about money.Be sincere, empathetic and caring during these times. If your customers are loyal to you, they will come in and do business when the time is appropriate for them to spend their money.

The greatest length is working a deal start to finish and honoring the price upon their arrival with no changes. The worst you can do is to switch a pricing structure on any product sold.
