Our family was looking for assisted living for our grand-parents and realized that most assisted living was having greater than 10 resident to 1 staff ratio and it was not going to work for my grandparents who had dementia and needed one on one care. Our Evergreen Assisted living goal is to provide resident center care and it starts with residents and caregiver ratio, 2 caregivers takes care of 5 residents. Evergreen Assisted living does not charge any extra if your loved ones requires one on one care due to health decline.
