I do not think it is necessary, but we welcome another set of eyes. Although we are required to pass structural and code inspections per city, things may be missed. We have been very blessed with contractors that do a thorough and complete job so our inspections help confirm to our buyers that...

This has been a challenging year so far. However, we have been very blessed with quality workmanship at a fair price and job completion in a timely manner. We have pretty much put together a complete contractor base for new home construction in about 3 months. We have been in business for a while, however, the change of cities we build in made it unrealistic for some to work on these projects. We had to pound the pavement to find good people, but they are out there.
