I’m a Mental Health and Emotional Wellness Coach, Educator and Consultant. I’m committed to helping people create a life of purpose, balance and vitality according to their own definition of success. My approach draws on evidence-based coaching models that leverage neuroscience, mindfulness, yoga psychology and mind-body tools integrated with the wisdom of ancient traditions as validated by modern science. I consider each client unique and a collaborator in the coaching process. I'm also a trained Ayurveda health and wellness coach, 200-RYT yoga teacher, and have a graduate degree in Whole Systems Design and Renewal.
I spent 20 years working with indigenous communities around the world on transformative change. But overcoming cancer taught me some of my biggest lessons about integrating the bodymind to create true health, wellness and joy.
I learned how audacious changes were the key to creating a life that energizes, is vibrant and sustained. They required the courage and commitment that comes from listening to your inner voice, and then, taking small daily steps that nourished the body, mind and spirit. I know that it often feels risky to look at the world in a new way and adopt new beliefs and habits. At times, I almost went back to my old self, but I also know that it's worth it. I'm here to guide you at every audacious step to live your best life.
