How We Got Started

In 2010, I embarked on a transformative journey that led to the birth of my practice as a Spiritual Guide. At the time, I was deeply drawn to the realms of spiritual counseling and intuitive coaching, feeling a strong calling to guide others on their paths of self-discovery and healing.

My journey began with an exploration of various holistic healing modalities. I was fascinated by the profound impact these practices had on the mind, body, and spirit, and I felt compelled to delve deeper. I pursued extensive training in over 30 holistic healing modalities, gaining a wealth of knowledge and skills.

As I deepened my understanding, I realized that my true passion lay in empowering individuals to uncover their unique gifts and potential. I wanted to help others navigate their challenges, transform their lives, and embrace their authentic selves.

With this vision in mind, I launched my practice in 2010. It was a leap of faith, but one that I felt ready to take.

Our mind allows us to create, envision, discover, and imagine our present differently so we can create a new future. I believe the power of the mind is life changing and life altering.

(more) A turning point in my life was when I was meditating and my guides and angels showed me my future experience. t all started with a vision I had while I was meditating about my life and where I was. I was contemplating how unhappy I was and how I wanted things to be different. I wished things could just change. In my vision, I watched myself walk on a pathway through a mature forest thick with trees and brush. I was unsure where I was headed, but I knew deep within my life was about to change and I would be where I was supposed to be. I came upon a doorway. This doorway held great promise and great change. There was a part of me that knew walking through this doorway meant a significant change in what I had known as my life. I had a choice. I could turn around and walk away or I could step through it. I choose to step through the door and face whatever was calling me, seeking me out, that brought me to this very moment. I had to bend to get through the doorway. I had to take small steps and not rush the process. I walked through the doorway and I could feel my entire essence shift and change. It was a gradual process, but one that I could not fight. I needed to allow the process to unleash the potential within me to become who I was meant to be on the other side of the door. On the other side of the doorway, there was much potential in the night sky and the silence of waves crashing on the shore line. With each step I took onto the beach, I knew I was becoming different, and it was not just my surroundings.
It was the place I was in, the experience I was having. I looked up and saw a night sky. The night sky had billions and billions of…eyes.
Instead of stars in the night sky, there were eyes.
As I stared in astonishment at the sight before me, I felt I was not alone. I looked to my right and then to my left.
It was not until I looked straight ahead, that I saw the most beautiful sight ever. Before me was my angel. Not just an angel, but MY GUARDIAN ANGEL. My guardian angel was here to see me and she had a message for me that I will never forget. She said… “So, you have come.
You have heard the call.
You have walked the journey –
and here you are ready to begin. You have begun the ending –
and yet a new beginning. To say the least, I was speechless. What I was able to mutter was,
“What is this… place? Why are there eyes in the sky?” With a look of knowing and love, she smiled and the whole night sky became brighter yet with more eyes. So many different colors, shapes, and expressions were held in those eyes. “These eyes represent all the people you are going to meet. If we showed you your destiny, your calling, in the form of the people you are about to meet and how you affect and change their lives, you would run in fear. You represent a mass amount of change. You will experience change and in turn create change for others. It has been decided to show you the magnitude of your life purpose through this experience of eyes in the sky.” From that point forward, my life was forever altered.  I have gone from the vision to the physical manifestation.  I help people where ever I go as they are drawn to me and I am drawn to them.

Just because a client feels they are ready does not always mean they want to do the work to be successful.  Sometimes when I am interviewing my potential new clients I have to advise them I don't feel they are ready.  They then want to convince me that they are ready and want to sign up with me.  I ask them specifically what things they are willing to create change on, how these changes will impact their life and are they truly ready for significant change throughout their lives.   I find that by listening to my clients and giving them the space to see  where they are and where they want to be and then allowing them the courage to create a bridge between the two allows the client to feel empowered enough to want to say yes and do the necessary work for success.

When a client comes to work with me, they are attracted to me, my skill set, my inspiration, my motivation and rapport I have created.  They want to create change and are choosing to the work necessary for their changes with me.  That is an honor I take seriously.  When a customer or client chooses you, they are trusting you to help them achieve their needs.  When a customer chooses your brand or product, they are trusting you will deliver.  Your special ingredient is who you are and what you stand for.  Always do your best, always fail fast, and always show up on purpose.  This is my motto! It is my theory, you can not be afraid and grateful at the same time.  It simply does not work.  It is a choice, though.  Being grateful is a choice, as is being fearful.   Gratitude allows you to feel inner peace no matter the outside circumstances.  Being in a state of inner peace, you can make better decisions and move more mountains. Good Luck!

The next logical question is ... "Why?  Why are you a coach?" I ask this question of myself every day.    Today, I am a coach to help others transform their lives and to heal their bodies, mind, and soul.  I am a coach to better understand myself and to help others better understand themselves.  I am a coach to bring more joy to myself and others.  To help others realize just how AWESOME they are and their purpose in life is greater than themselves. Thank you for listening!

Fear teaches my what is truly important and shows me what I truly want to do moving forward.  When I get ready to do something BIG, like a new program or interview a new client, I can feel the feeling of fear begin to come up with new reasons why I CAN'T.  I listen, I then ask questions.  WHY? is my favorite question to ask my ego.  My ego comes up with all these crazy ideas (my ego knows me best any way!) and I continue to ask WHY? until there is no more fear and no more reasons why I can't. The problem is never really the issue. What we need to ask ourselves is why is this challenge being presented to us?  Growth? Inspiration?  Motivation?  Or maybe just something for us to be concerned about because we have solved everything else in our lives and we need something to be worried about.   In my professional and personal life, I am a solution finder.  Any situation, problem, concern, challenge, or dilemma ALWAYS has an answer.  I just need to change my thoughts and mind set in order to see it.  By creating change within myself, I can find the solution and move forward with grace, ease, and understanding. Good luck to you all!

If the bar I set for myself is high and I strive for better for myself,  then I can better help my clients.  I offer endeavors to my clients to help them achieve success.   I tell my clients I will only ask you to do something I have done already.   This I feel is important.   If I have not done the endeavor,  how can I expect my client to do the same? Everyone's bar is different.   Everyone has their fear and it's choosing to step out of your comfort zone to feel the fear and do it any way that makes the difference.   As a coach,  I choose to step out of my comfort zone daily...to stretch myself so I can help others do the same.   Some stretches require endurance,  others deep breaths as you say what's in your heart.   Other experiences, well, they require you to ride in a hot air balloon when you are petrified of heights. It's raising my bar that allows me to be the best coach I can be. To help me help others Im continually learning about myself.   I take classes,  read lots of books,  and listen.   I listen to struggles of others and how they found success.  I listen to stories I tell myself,  and then I question my beliefs.  As I grow,  so does my practice.   My success becomes the future success of my clients.  Many blessings!
