In addition to surprisingly low cost equipment sales and trades, I sell businesses, offer cleaning solutions, do equipment design and offer general business advice backed by decades of experience, an engineering degree and management of large manufacturing plants.

Past retirement, I decided I was not just going to sit on my hands so I thought I could help my associates by offering advice and new, used and refurbished equipment at rock bottom prices. I have done this for over a decade now and gain great satisfaction in helping associates.

I work from home and business has fallen off slightly since a large percentage of my customers normally maintain buildings, supermarkets, etc. and many of those locations are operating with reduced hours or have closed.

There is only 1 case of the Corona virus in South Jersey so far but there will be more.
The only startling event is the inability of the stores to stock toilet paper, roll paper, disinfectants and the like.

When I was 28 years old I was working for Fairchild Semiconductor in Silicon Valley in charge of their Prototype Division which I designed and had built on the Palo Alto campus of Stanford University. We were manufacturing the most "State of the Art" semiconductor products in the world at that time at that facility. It was not unusual to receive several unsolicited attractive job offers each month. This was a particularly interesting offer from 3 gentlemen from Taiwan. They were looking for someone to run their 25,000 person semiconductor factory in Taiwan. At a dinner they queried me for over 2 hours and when they finished offered me the position. Back in the 60s this was a pretty substantial offer: A 3 year contract to relieve my obligation of paying U.S. income tax. $35,000 US dollars base salary with bonuses for meeting goals. A house a with cook and a butler. A new car with a chauffeur. And lastly - A woman of my choosing. [I was single at the time] I told them I appreciated their offer but was not inclined to accept it at this time. They asked to be excused to conference for a few minutes and when they returned the spokesman raised the offer: How about 2 women of your choosing?
Vote the feet draggers out of office. One time 5 year term limits for all elected officials. They will not need to spend half their time, accepting money to fund their next run for office. They will have less time to be corrupted.
Make them work 40 hour/week with 4 weeks vacation only!

If they are trying to sell and keep getting answering machines what would they do?
You can't sell to answering machines!
A surprising, no, shocking message must be placed on the answering machine to garner a reply and if your message is excellent, your response rate should go from near zero to above 90%.
I know because I did it and outsold all 12 other salespeople combined within 3 months of my employment.
