Every owner has the right to do what they want in their place of business. Bringing animals into the workplace sets a precedence for all other employees to do the same. To not allow that would create an environment of do as I say not as I do. Pets in the work place can expose ownership to costly litigation should a customer, employee or vendor be injured by the animal. If it is not an ADA accommodation then it is a decision that should be made carefully weighing the risk and reward.

If you are interested in purchasing a device for a Realtor's home office use I recommend the Lanier SP C262DNW. You initial cost will be under $500 and the toner yield for b&w and color are 6-6.5k.
Hope this helps with your decision. If I can be of service let me know.
Best regards, Doug
Stick with a standard size. To stand out use a heavy stock, even double thickness, and incorporate a emboss/deboss of your logo.

You could go old school and post a want ad in your local newspaper. You can also post job openings on your business Facebook page. Trade magazines are also good as mentioned below.

If it is really bad service I would avoid doing business with the company. If it is something I really need, and they're the only source at the time, I'll return and get what I need.

10. The perception of your company is very important. Use a high quality stock, 70-80# text weight, and consider color in the content. Color can be incorporated into your logo or into an offer that may be included in the letter. With the advent of email marketing some might feel company stationary is no longer relevant. To the contrary, how you represent your company in every aspect of communication is important and should display quality.

As many respondents have said, social media is relatively free and if done correctly can be very effective. Another way to reach your community is to join your local Chamber of Commerce. Most chambers will offer you an opportunity to talk about your product or service at their monthly meetings. Find out if your product/service is a good fit with the individual members. If not don't be afraid to ask them if they know anyone who could use your product/service and offer to return the favor.
