The best customer stories for me are customers that they say can never be satisfied the hard customer. When that customer compliments your company and their satisfaction you know your on top of your game. Nothing feels better.

There are so many ways to promote business today all which can be the number 1way. But the absolute best way is customer satisfaction and word of mouth. Face to face or through social media. That’s where the rubber meets the road.

That’s a tough one. It’s hard to turn business away But I’ve used some ways to work around a real slow payer. Can you barter with them my carting company picks up my garbage and I fix his trucks. When we are close in services we exchange checks. If you can’t barter perhaps you can agree up front that anything outstanding after 30 days has a interest charge. If you can’t afford to be the bank then take your chances and put them on COD. If they like or need your service they will stay. If not let them put your competitors out of business. Not you.

The best way to close a deal is to have done your due diligence on the potential customers needs and your competitors. It’s extremely important to identify what sets you apart from the competition. Once your confident it’s time for a face to face meeting. Not email not text not electronically face to face. Eye to eye. It’s become a lost art. Make your pitch then shut your mouth listen and react. This approach has worked for me through my business career. My closing line is thank you for your confidence in us you won’t be disappointed.
It’s been my experience that if I have a superior product I hold my price. Perhaps your not appealing to the right clientele if your selling custom work and your area doesn’t call for that you have a problem move or change you focus. But why work if you have to work for nothing.
