I am a 13 year experienced massage therapist. I am looking to help the community of Elk Grove and the greater Sacramento area live healthier, happier lives. Massage and Reiki together provide exceptional pain relief and healing of mind, body and soul.
How We Got Started
I opened Ancient Ways in September 2016 to begin my journey as an entrepreneur. It has been a life long dream of mine to start my own business and every day is a blessing.

Reiki sessions are 60 minutes long. Wear loose comfortable clothes. You start face up on the massage table. There are 21 hand positions and each on...
Any massage service can include Reiki. A portion of your massage session time will be spent doing Reiki. It is customizable for each session.
Each session is customized to the needs of each client using techniques such as Swedish, medical massage and trigger point. Reiki can be added.
