The Banger has been a destination stop for travelers and locals beginning way back in the 80's. Banger Bob started feeding the locals out of his tiny Boler trailer before Food trucks were even a thing. After his passing in 2014 I knew I had to bring The Banger back. I am proud to be Continuing the legacy.
The Banger takes the simple concept of sausage plus bun to whole new heights, morphing this rudimentary cuisine into something truly gourmet. This little trailer has a cult-like following across Emsdale, ON, and trust us here. This is one of those rare phenomenns that truly lives up to all the hype. You’ll need a fork for these gut-busting eats, but the mess is well worth the flavor.
