About Elyse Quartini, MS, DPT, OCS
Elyse is originally from the East Coast and received her Masters and Doctorate Physical Therapy degrees from the University of California San Francisco/San Francisco State University program. The focus of her research was the significance of core strength for injury treatment and prevention and she is a board certified orthopedic specialist.
She is excited to be working with other practitioners who are devoted to truly making a positive difference in people’s lives by providing comprehensive, individualized therapy. She feels the time spent with each patient is crucial to create a relationship of trust and connectedness which enables her to fully understand what that patient needs and to treat those needs effectively.
Elyse has been working with patients for 10 years and she offers an expertise in a physical therapy paradigm within holistic therapy, including movement dysfunction, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and fitness programs.
She works with patients one-on-one to be more effective as a therapist. In addition to a taking an active role in accurately assessing and treating dysfunction, she also acts as an advocate for patients in their overall quest for health by aiding in navigating the healthcare system and consulting practitioners to create a team approach for recovery.
Elyse views her work as an opportunity to help others but also, very much as a way to connect with other people and smile as much as possible.
