I founded Wave of Consciousness LLC. I offer transformative virtual therapy for adults and immersive retreats to help individuals achieve authentic, abundant, and peaceful lives.

In my retreats I integrate holistic healing, such as nature, animals, & body work, with meaningful connections in her retreats to empower clients in California and beyond.

I graduated from the University of Southern California in May of 2015 and have worked in a variety of diverse settings, including inpatient hospitals (UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Henry Mayo Memorial Hospital, Del Amo Hospital), psychiatric hospitals, clinics and private practice.
I also have experience working overseas at St.Vincent's Hospital in Sydney where I learned and applied harm reduction interventions to my patients and in collaborative meetings.
