At Wilcox Business Solutions, we’re here to take the stress out of payment processing for business owners and their advisors. We keep things clear, personal, and easy to manage. How We Got Started
We began in 2018 with a single client and a simple goal: make payment processing easier and more transparent for small businesses. We aligned and chose to solve problems, build connections, and ensure that when we grow, we grow together.
Along the way, we built a strong network of businesses and trusted partners who share our belief that payments shouldn’t be complicated — and that personal relationships still matter.
Today, we continue to grow, but our approach hasn’t changed: treat every client like they’re our only client, and build partnerships that last.

Online reviews make a huge difference to buyers and sellers trying to pick a real estate agent or broker to work with. Here is one of our clients reviews left on Google about how our service helped her brokerage: I’m loving my experience with Automated Reputation Management. It’s super simple to use the system and my client reviews have increased dramatically in quantity and quality.
More importantly and unexpectedly, my search ranking on Google increased 79% from the month before I started using ARM.
We received two calls directly from Google search this week. Both of these NEW clients said they called due to the reviews they read about us online. It’s business we would have missed without ARM services.
Our past business has been generated through mostly referrals, but we are excited about this new source of online leads. Our reviews make it easy to convert the new online leads to appointments and clients.
ARM made us realize how convenient it is for us to request and for our clients to post reviews online... and how happy our clients are to give the reviews!!

I realize that in the end, the money all flows the same way. I just don't like the "suck up to the customer" feeling it gives me. If you're going to immediately give part of my money to a charity anyway, just give me the discount and I'll handle my own giving. My preference would be this: be a great business, do all the things a great business should do and then take part of your profit and donate it. -Eric
