When divorce arrives without warning, it doesn't just end a marriage. It fractures identity, faith, community, and the future all at once. I created this program because no resource existed that addressed all of those wounds together, with Catholic faith at the center. I help Catholic moms stop feeling shattered and spiritually lost and start building a life they truly love — with their faith intact and a clear path forward.

My coaching practice grew directly out of my own experience. After 28 years of marriage and four children, I went through an unwanted, unexpected divorce that left me searching for resources that could help me recover and rebuild. What I found was that most resources addressed one or the other but rarely both together.
Through therapy, personal coaching, prayer, and journaling, I developed my own roadmap of recovery. Working with my own life coach was particularly formative and that experience directly informed my decision to pursue coaching certification and build a program designed for other women in similar circumstances.
The result is the creation of Faithful & Free. This program addresses emotional healing, spiritual identity, practical rebuilding, and community support as an integrated whole rather than in isolation.
My mission is to ensure that Catholic moms in this situation have access to this kind of recovery roadmap so they don't have to navigate the journey alone.
