Preferred Remodelers is an award winning professional home improvement construction company, by The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) both locally and regional (2006, 2008, 2010 and 2011.)
We are licensed and insured. Our president is a Certified Remodelers and Certified Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
How We Got Started
Preferred Remodelers, General Contractor, has been working from Escondido for over 35 years. Jim Ward, founder and president, personally works with homeowners as a preconstruction consultant, project cost estimator, and project production manager. We are teamed with architects, designers, draftsmen, and all necessary subcontractors.
