The biggest misconception from potential customers about the medical supply business is that small regional companies (like us) can't compete on price. That couldn't be further from the truth. The McKesson's and Medline's of the world are private labeling products made in China. American manufacturer's are able to keep their brands alive through distributor's. The pricing is more than competitive. And the customer service is excellent. With the big companies, you are treated like a number.
