We are a unique little resort, made of cabins for families and B&B rooms for couples, all with private hot tubs, and we have more river access than anyplace in town! Our family owned business has thrived and grown due to our wonderful guests who return to this high mountain valley each summer to spend quiet time with nature. The beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park is a powerful thing, you can find your soul here in the mountains on a wooded mountain trail.
We normally close for the winter, our normal months to open are from April to October, and it varies so check with us.

Fishing, hiking, boating, horseback riding, mountain climbing, photography, tours, shopping, fine dining, and much much more is available to visitors to our little village of Estes Park, just a mile and a half from us. Black starry nights and clear blue skies in the daytime with near perfect summer weather makes it a place you will want to return to often.
