About Us
Schermerhorn & Co. was founded in 1967 and started out serving Evanston and the surrounding communities. Over the past 50+ years we have expanded our service area to include the North Side of Chicago, the North and Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, and Southern Wisconsin. We employ a very "hands-on" approach to managing the properties in our portfolio. We get to know our clients' needs as well as the needs of the properties themselves. Our goal is to enhance the value of each property we manage through constant attention to the specific needs of each property and client. We live in the communities we serve and look forward to continuing our commitment to the Real Estate Industry for many years to come.
