ICR Advertising, Inc. was founded in February 2008 with a passion to help locally owned businesses market their services and products. With over 25 years of media experience, ICR works with local businesses as marketing consultants, taking their strengths and making the community aware of their products and services.

ICR stands for I CAN RELATE. Relate is the root word of Relationship. ICR strives to help our clients form strong relationships with their potential customers through creative marketing ideas.

Through creative ideas and proper ad placement with the right media outlets at the right times, we help clients make their advertising effective by relating to the right audience and getting the results they need.

We consult with our clients to determine marketing goals, creative strategy, and appropriate budget. ICR is responsible for coordinating creative, media, and production of the campaign. We stay focused on our clients’ changing industries and provide updates during the campaign. With approval from the client, the ad creative and media are agreed upon and the client signs off on the estimate of the media buy.

ICR Advertising saves our clients time and money. We work with each media outlet to get the best rates and specials for each client. ICR receives a discount from the media and retains the discount as our fee for buying the media on the client’s behalf.

All advertising invoices for the client are sent to ICR Advertising for review. The client will receive one invoice with all the media purchased during the month. Once payment is received from the client, ICR pays the media outlets.
