PEGS (Partnerships Empower Global Solutions) is a collaborative of "Independent Contractors & Entrepreneurs" ever cultivating -as an Entity & Business Enterprise. Consisting of corporate, Congregational, campus, and coalition (Stewards, Partners, Actives, Networks) professionals, members across these sectors serve roles as today's first responders -most respectively until help/emergency assistance arrives.

Our Mission: To cultivate businesses & communities “before, during, & after the crisis” -through Safeguards/Shields, Securities "Private-Sector" & Services (S3-S4).

Our Vision: Preventative & Mitigative (in foresight) by way of industry metrics, Continually Resilient (concerning in-sight) in practice, and Restorative & Recoverable (in hindsight) advocating doctrinal standards. Trained & Proficient in the Commission of Charity-Hope-Resiliency-Intervention-Salvation-Theology (CHRIST), C4 fosters a selfless serving approach -addressing multi-echelon challenges across communities.
Specifically serving (by Commission) Widows, Elderly, House/Hope/Helpless, Orphans, and the Poor while Evangelizing "The Lost", C4 provides no-cost services to address human insecurities.

WHY C4 MATTERS HERE: C4 (Conquerors', Chosen, Charged, & Called) is our Services' TEAM of Biblically-Based Crisis Addressing Professionals. Comprised of Pastors, Chaplains, Homeland Defense & Security Talent, Constitutional-Conservative Organizations and Community Leaders, this "all advocating-force" stand as watchmen on the wall awaiting tomorrow's anticipated & unforeseen crisis. Known as Truth in Charity Teams (TCTs), TCTs provide immediate crisis support & critical services across Communities where many-failures have yet to address. While our Founding Pastor lived in his vehicle (amongst populations sustaining arctic conditions), he had experienced first-hand the dire need for these critical.

C4 Services’ Obey the Great Commandment & Fulfills the Great Commission. Our desire is to proclaim the Good News professing Jesus Christ as both LORD & Savior while channeling God's redemptive work here in Interior-Alaska, across the Nation, around the world- even unto the ends of the Earth.

How We Got Started

With 20+ years of education/experience in Homeland Defense/Security, we've endured several adjustments -restoration (2021) a reset (2020), reconstruction (2016) and realignment (2008) -to remain relevant & realistic. Proficient in crisis management, risk-mitigation & business continuity, PEGS: Entity & Enterprise exists’ to empower organizations/institutions/entities/industries to survive, thrive, & transcend amidst catastrophes, chaos, challenges and crises. C4 (birthed out of Partnerships Of a Lifetime for Communities-Christ {POALC-C}) -with foundations in Trans-National Good Neighbor Projects -is recognized (by the Federal Government) as our Ministry & Missions’ Set: Inception-2016. What are we to do in times such as these -many are asking? The answer is simple, what converges the... (more) Seasons' Greeting & Merry Christmas All, We are living in pretty interesting times; seemingly, from crises' to chaos and company closures to community constructs -systems are breaking down. What are we to do in times such as these -many are asking? The answer is simple, what converges the identifiers mentioned above, we do. Simply, it's times to truly investigate just how inter-connected we really are -from Communities to Constructs. Meaning, we are the service, product, and/or experience someone around us truly-need. Looking across history, we have learned life-lessons' worthy harnessing. From the early Church to the founding of our Grateful Nation, we see the most "Known Non-Intrusive & Truest (or KNIT)" components of Communism (Communal Serving & Private Sharing) and Socialism (The Art of Exchanging Goods & Resources for the Betterment of Many). The difference then was "We The People" exercised Citizenry and Civility amongst ourselves. We never waited on the government to create a program or pathway -We The People became our own best advocates towards partnerships and collective bargaining arrangements. Outside of the Institution & Organization of the CHRIST-Centered Church, there were no other constructs -as depended on today. Citizens exercised their most basic Rights and Liberties to see about their fellow-citizen, which in-fact revolutionized an era. The human experience was just that, one race of human-being pulling together their resources, skills, talents, and capabilities. On this Foundation, two constructs stand firm, even most notably today -the Foundations of The Church & Body of Christ Jesus' & The United States of America. Such a Season is upon us, while reflecting we celebrate and commemorate both. Our Nation -celebrated during Thanksgiving & The Body of Christ Jesus' this CHRISTmas. So many challenges have pointed us towards the current Season -which remains an opportunity to refocus towards what "Truly Matters!" Specifically -amidst this "Chaotic-Culture" we have constructed, conditioned, and accustomed ourselves to. This being the week of Christmas, let each of us count down the final five Days of CHRISTMas with a renewed perspective. We are celebrating The Giver of Gifts Who Has Graciously given us Himself -the True Gift that keep on Giving. We must apply this Principle with an infectious & contagious (no pun intended) Spirit this CHRISTmas. Doing so will set aflame the burning desire to do/due more for our neighbor rather than only addressing ourselves; which -will ultimately re-center our Communities on His Inter-dependence with us rather than other independence of/from Him. If we are "Truly Inspired" to apply these Principles our Forefather cultivated from year to year, we shall overcome the failures of our past. Such an inspiration is infectious/contagious that We The People will motivate our Nations' Leader to follow suit -they will have no other option. This Revolution of Repentance and Revival we are yearning for must start with each of us -personally; we do our part -families, cities, communities, and societies will be infected & "follow our Leader." Fear and the lack of Hope has made many so very desperate to do whatever, let's give them "A Healthy Alternative! Even-more-so, our National, State, Tribal, & Local Leaders are watching and taking their cues from us; why, because we've hired them. Today reports offer Glimmers of Hope or Hopeless Glimpses? Originally created as a means of spiritual growth for the deployed Warrior, ministry to the family left behind, and missions’ for the community which the organizations serves, we have grown into a Fellowship far-reaching these populations. As a Pastor, Minister, Mentor, and Spiritual Advisor/Counselor, customer service a.k.a. “Serving” is everything. Since 2016, we grown to support & serve truckers, travelers in training, trauma networks, and “the “transitioning.” During this tenure, we can count on all my digits how many “welcoming” phone calls we’ve placed. Equally, how many we’ve received from the field (deployed toll free call, traveling calls, etc.). But all is not lost, knowing mobile phones give away location information and cannot be used; we have created dedicated lines “customer service platform” which allows deployed/overseas personnel to connect with their family at no cost to them. All this to say; while real person/live customer service seemingly has become a foreign concept, we still have populations and communities that deeply depend on it. Interesting & Intruguing questing Trevor, Often-times, we fail to address and/or define what we mean when we say give back. In our highly-charged incentivizing, and investing culture, we often confused “give-back” (or independent of receiving a personal return) with crony-capitalism (or... In our highly-charged incentivizing, and investing culture, we often confused “give-back” (or independent of receiving a personal return) with crony-capitalism (or incentivized platforms with modest return). Personally, I believe we have dire need for both vehicles in our communities; one charges (no pun intended) those devoted to act while the other, well-calls for the motivated to react. However it is done, we must remember that this is more than just the greater good perspective, conceptually of-course. For us here at PEGS:C4, (just like our Biblical Model of sowing & reaping), we believe in investing (doing the hard work up-front) in lives, families, and communities for a return that’ll continually cultivate growth in/by that unit/entity. Equally, we make it ever-known that the Sowings, Tithes, Offerings, Contributions, & Kindness (or STOCK) Options we receive will in-turn be reinvested using this same Biblical Model. Whether incentivizing with investing, a return on investment is warranted for internal (everyone involved) growth. Anything less than this is just another hand-out (detrimental to cultivation) which differs completely & counters a hand-up (gifts that keep on giving) approach. What I believe you are asking is “how does one positively impact (affect, effect, & infect) the community around them with what they have gained or been granted?” If this is infact the question, my answer is qualitative (intentful) time & quantitative (intended) resources. Appropriating these according is key; first and foremost, this grants the greatest return on investment. Equally important, this limits future apprehension and/or bitterness due to poor management (feeling one’s got the shorter end). Thanks for asking this question Trevor, we see now “giving back” has many monopolies on money, incentives for investing, and opportunities to organize efforts.
