Our launch location was the Metro DC area and after an initial start up in the DC area we quickly grew to support home owners and real estate agents through out the US.

Looking back at our start we are grateful to all those we were able to help. It is very humbling to be invited into someone's life at such a tough time and provide them a step to recovering financially.

While our success rate was extremely high and still is the growing discomfort of so much business in such a short time has been overcome. Our state of the art communication platform and long time involvement with the banks has provided us with the tools and expertise to help home owners in distress.
