I've only had three cancellations thus far due to the pandemic. The first was someone with an autoimmune disorder who was concerned about attending group psychotherapy, the second and third were people who were sick and concerned it could possibly be the Corona Virus. In all three situations I validated the client's concerns and was flexible about last minute cancellations, suspending my 24 hour notice policy. It actually gave me extra time I needed to prepare to meet with my accountant. 

For those who are coming in I am wiping surfaces with disinfectant wipes, washing my hands, and kindly refusing handshakes, instead offering my elbow. Thankfully my clients have a good sense of humor!
