Yoga classes are held in the Multi Purpose Room across the hall from the
Fairfield Glade Library, 455 Lakeview Dr., Crossville, TN 38558
Classes:
-Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays 8:30 to 9:45 AM.
Fee: $5.00 PER CLASS. Cash only and no advance payments please.
No experience is necessary. My Yoga teacher training involved helping people modify Yoga postures to work with their bodies, issues, etc.
I also offer private Yoga instruction.
I have 23 plus years teaching experience, to date. I am registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-200 E-RYT level ( I am qualified to teach teachers).
I love helping people feel better through the process of Yoga.
My first Yoga class was at the Aetna Insurance Co., in Hartford, CT. The teacher was wonderful and I fell in love with Yoga. I asked her how a person becomes a Yoga teacher and she put me on the right path.
I taught full time in CT for 14 years (after being laid off from Aetna after a change in management). That gave me the opportunity to start teaching full time.
I love teaching all aspects of Yoga and most of all, helping people feel better.
