Our company started in the early 70′s when the business was named Barnett’s Locksmith Service. The business was later bought by CL and Eddie Guinn and the name of the company was changed to C & E Locksmith Company and was incorporated in 1986 and the current logo was created and the name changed to C & E Lock & Safe Company Inc.. In 1992 the business was sold to father and son Johnny and Jeff Upton.
