Fayetteville + South Atlanta business owners… I could use your insight on something.
I’ve been having more conversations lately with homeowners who want to move…
but they’re not moving.
Not because they can’t…
but because they’re unsure.
It’s usually one of these:
“What if I sell and can’t find my next home?”
“What if I buy and my home doesn’t sell fast enough?”
“What if I make the wrong move altogether?”
So instead… they wait.
I’m curious—are you seeing people hesitate more when it comes to big decisions right now in your business too?
Or is it just what I’m seeing in real estate locally?
Also, if you’ve had clients, friends, or family stuck in this situation…
what ended up helping them move forward?
I’d love to hear your perspective.

How do you prepare your business and building for the challenges of cold weather?
With winter weather, cold conditions can really strain the infrastructure of a building, especially commercial steel doors. Performing a quick winter checklist helps keep doors operational. Would love to hear your experience on this.
